Welcome to the rural house “Sa Clastra”. This house is ideal for a family with children, two families with a baby or small child, a couple or two couples of friends.
"Possessió"
Rehabilitated in 2011, combines tradition and comfort together with a special respect for the environment, energy efficiency and sustainability. It is part of the “clastra” (cloister) or patio around which the main buildings of this “possessió” are structured.
It has free wireless internet access WIFI from all rooms.
Terrace and pool
It is heated by underfloor heating (heat) and air conditioning by fan-coil (cold). It also has a nice wood stove for winter in the living room and ceiling fans for summer in the living room and both bedrooms. Domestic hot water and radiant floor are mainly powered by solar thermal energy. All exterior walls have thermal insulation.

In its decoration, antique furniture from our family has been used, seeking the comfort and harmony of the rural houses in Mallorca. Fully equipped, the rooms of “Sa Clastra” have a safe, the kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven-grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge, plus small appliances such as toaster, eggs, coffee maker, water heater water or blender.

“Sa Clastra” is completed with an outdoor space for private and exclusive use: a large terrace of 150 square meters with garden and pool of 3 x 10 meters. A privacy area where you can enjoy relaxation and rest. This space also has a large porch with barbecue where you can make meals and dinners and a resting or reading area with comfortable sofa and armchairs.
The house enjoys relaxing views over the landscape, has 125 square meters and capacity to accommodate 4 adults. It has an extra bed and cots for children.
